Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions

Our Loyalty Card is our little way of showing love and appreciation to our most loyal furparents. Please take a moment to review the terms below to ensure a smooth and rewarding experience every time you shop with us.

  • Card Presentation:
    Please present your Loyalty Card upon payment for in-person purchases.
    For online orders, kindly indicate in the Note section at checkout if you already have an existing Loyalty Card. Stickers earned from your purchase will be sent separately along with your order.
  • Sticker Earning:
    Each item purchased is equivalent to one (1) sticker.
  • Discount Policy:
    The Loyalty Card promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or ongoing promotions.
  • Card Ownership:
    The Loyalty Card is non-transferable and intended for the original cardholder’s use only.
  • Lost Card & Replacement:
    If your Loyalty Card is lost, we can replace the physical card but stickers will not be reissued unless you provide acceptable proof of your sticker balance prior to loss. Acceptable proof includes a photo of the original card showing the stickers/stamps or supporting purchase/order references that demonstrate sticker eligibility, together with the original cardholder’s full name. If acceptable proof is provided, we will reissue the corresponding stickers at our discretion. If proof cannot be provided, we will replace the physical Loyalty Card only and cannot reissue previous stickers.
  • Validity Period:
    The Loyalty Card is valid until December 2026.
